FOR OWNER-OPERATORS WITH A SYSTEM THAT'S NOT KEEPING UP

Before we touch a line of code, we learn how your business runs.

We diagnose first, quote second. Anito is led by Anthony Garces — 17+ years in IT, working US & AU hours — and starts with your ops and cash flow, then builds or fixes the one system costing you most. You own the code and the keys from day one.

You didn't start your business to babysit a developer.

Anito is built for owner-operators running 5–50-person teams who are tired of tools that don't fit, contractors who vanish, and agencies that bill in riddles. You don't need to be technical — that's the point.

HOW WE DIAGNOSE

A free diagnosis before any quote — because we'd rather lose the project than win it the wrong way.

Every engagement starts here. Sometimes the answer is a custom build. Sometimes it's a $200 plugin. We'll tell you which — and some owners fix it themselves after the call.

01

You tell us what's hurting

15 minutes, async or on a call. No forms to fill out, no prep needed.

02

We map the system + quantify the bleed

Where time and revenue are actually leaking — in plain language, not jargon.

03

You get a written diagnosis

Fixes ranked by business impact, not billable hours. Yours to keep.

04

You decide

Hire us, fix it yourself, or do nothing. The diagnosis is yours either way.

CAPABILITIES

Six lines. One accountable name.

Pick the one or two that fit right now. Here is what each line actually fixes.

Anito — led by Anthony Garces, US & AU hours. A principal-level architect stays accountable for your engagement end to end — never handed to a stranger after the sale.

Senior on call

Most owners start with one stage. The same senior carries it end to end — no handoffs, no one to brief each time something breaks.

Fix

A broken system stabilized fast, with fixes ranked by revenue impact — not by what's easiest to bill.

Connect

The tools you already pay for share data automatically — no lead or invoice falls between systems.

Customize

WordPress, Shopify, or your CRM adapted to how your team works — so staff stop logging the same thing in two places.

Build

One system built around how you actually work — not the fifth SaaS default your team works around.

High-volume, tedious work handled by AI — intake, extraction, routing, summaries — with human approval on every step that matters.

A senior who already knows your stack picks up your 9 pm message — no explaining from scratch every time.

01

Stop the bleeding. Start the same day.

It starts with a full diagnosis: what is failing, what is at risk, and what fixing it is worth. Fixes are ranked by business impact — not by what's easiest to bill — and monitoring is added so the next failure isn't another emergency. Downtime ends, performance comes back.

  • Same-day triage when something revenue-facing is down
  • Fix plans ranked by business impact, not complexity
  • Performance and security cleanup that protects revenue
  • Monitoring so the next issue is caught before it escalates

TRIAGE → STABILIZED

Before

  • Revenue-facing system down
  • No monitoring, no docs
  • Previous developer unreachable

After

  • Same-day triage
  • Fix plan ranked by revenue impact
  • Uptime monitoring + runbook
Downtime ends. You stop holding your breath every time someone touches the system.
02

The tools you already pay for — finally talking to each other.

When your tools don't talk, every new customer creates more admin — often 20–40 minutes of duplicate entry per lead. Anito connects the systems you already have so data flows automatically and follow-up doesn't depend on someone remembering. No duplicate entry, faster response times, reporting that doesn't wait on a person to compile it.

  • Website leads into your CRM, automatically qualified and routed
  • Team alerts and follow-up drafts triggered without manual steps
  • Payments, calendars, and inventory synced to a single source of truth
  • Custom API work when off-the-shelf connectors fall short

One source of truth — site, CRM, forms, payments, and reporting in sync. Connecting them eliminates the duplicate entry where most admin time goes.

03

Your CRM, shaped around how your team actually works.

When platform defaults stop fitting how you run the business, friction compounds daily. Anito adapts them to your real process: custom workflows, tailored admin views, integrations that belong to you. Staff stop fighting the tools, and you're never dependent on one person to explain how it works.

  • Custom WordPress and Shopify workflows — existing content intact
  • CRM and platform tailoring to match how your team operates
  • Admin controls built for non-technical staff
  • Changes documented so no single person holds the keys

Documented changes

Staff stop fighting the platform. Changes are documented so any developer can pick them up without a briefing call.

04

The one system that replaces seven tools that don't talk.

When off-the-shelf tools stop fitting, Anito builds what you actually need: customer portals, internal tools, iOS and Android mobile apps, and workflow systems built around your real process. You own the repo, hosting, and every credential from the first commit. One reliable system replaces the spreadsheets you've been patching — and scales with the business.

  • Customer portals with intake, payments, and real-time status
  • iOS and Android mobile apps built around your workflow
  • Internal tools and dashboards that replace fragile spreadsheets
  • Reporting that updates itself — always current numbers

05 Human-in-loop

AI handles the tedium. You keep every decision that matters.

Most "AI for small business" pitches hand you a black box and a hope. Anito doesn't — bounded AI is the founder's open-source specialty, not a feature bolted on for the pitch. Every automation starts with a diagnosis of the work actually eating your team's time — intake forms, invoice data entry, ticket summaries, first-draft replies — and is built with explicit human checkpoints at every sensitive step. AI drafts. AI extracts. AI scores. AI never auto-sends to a customer, never commits a payment, and never closes a ticket without a human signing off.

  • Document and invoice extraction — auto-flagged when confidence is low, never silently wrong
  • Ticket and email summarization — drafts the reply, never sends it
  • AI-assisted intake, qualification scoring, and first-response drafts
  • Full audit logs and fallback paths — see what ran, reverse it anytime

An engineer who already knows your stack. No re-explaining at 9pm.

Launch is the start, not the end. Anito stays on as your technical partner — keeping documentation current, catching issues before they become emergencies, and answering strategic questions you'd otherwise put to a stranger. You get an engineer who already knows your history, not someone starting from scratch every time something breaks.

  • Security updates, uptime monitoring, and small monthly improvements
  • Automation tuning as your volume and workflows evolve
  • Documentation kept current — no single person holds the keys
  • Senior advisory on build, buy, and scale decisions — before you commit

WHAT IT TYPICALLY COSTS

We don't quote without diagnosing — but here's the ballpark.

Most engagements land between $3,000 and $25,000. Transparent ranges so you know whether we're in the same neighborhood before the call.

Repairs / triage1–3 weeks$3k – $8k
Integrations2–6 weeks$5k – $15k
Customizations2–4 weeks$4k – $12k
New builds4–12 weeks$15k – $40k+
AI automationproject$6k – $20k
Maintenance retainerongoing$1.5k – $4k / mo

We don't quote without diagnosing. The free diagnosis tells you which band your work falls into — and if it's cheaper to fix in-house, we'll say so.

Most repairs land between $3k and $5k. A quote above $8k usually means the system needs a rebuild, not a repair — and we'll tell you that in writing.

CASE STUDIES — FROM THE WORKBENCH

Real case studies. Not from clients — from public builds.

Anito is a new practice, so instead of inventing client stories it documents its own open-source work the way client work would be: the problem, the approach, and a result you can verify in the repo.

Ranex

Pre-release · MIT

Problem. AI agents write code fast — and then everyone trusts a green light that proves nothing. Model-graded work approving model-generated work.

Approach. Put a deterministic kernel outside the AI's loop. A verdict is a pure function of gate, evidence, subject, and approver. No evidence means FAIL. The agent that did the work can never approve the work.

Verify it. The verdict path works today and gates Ranex's own test suite — the tool is governed by itself. Flow graphs and scenario compilation are designed, not built. Both halves of that sentence are checkable in the repo.

Full study Repository

Arxic

Folding into Ranex · MIT

Problem. Agent-driven browser workflows end in a claim — “it works” — that nobody can replay, inspect, or hand to the next engineer.

Approach. Compile behavioral intent into replayable Playwright workflow bundles that carry their own provenance and coverage. The evidence ships with the workflow.

Verify it. Replayable, evidence-bearing bundles instead of screenshots and promises. Now folding into Ranex as a feature — the roadmap is public.

Leitir

Not production-ready · Python

Problem. LLM agents hallucinate library internals instead of reading them — plausible APIs that don't exist, bugs that cost hours.

Approach. Materialize the exact dependency versions a project uses — npm, PyPI, crates.io, Go, git — verify them by checksum and tree validation, and serve indexed, citation-ready source search.

Verify it. An immutable, offline-capable corpus agents can actually read. Implementation-complete and honestly labeled: not production-ready yet.

I review every diagnosis personally — which is why I keep active engagements few. That constraint is the point: your system gets the engineer who already knows it, not whoever has capacity. — Anthony

COMMON QUESTIONS

What owners ask before they reach out.

Ownership, pricing, what it costs, freelancer-versus-agency, scope changes, and whether the AI will do something you did not authorize.

  • You own it completely, from the first commit. Your code lives in your repository, your services run under your accounts, nothing is built behind a login you cannot reach. We document as we build so you are never dependent on one person — including us.

  • No. We diagnose before we quote. You start with a free diagnosis — we scope deliverables and price against a real understanding of the problem, not a package. Some owners get the diagnosis and fix it themselves. That is fine — you walk away knowing what is wrong and what it is worth fixing.

  • Missing docs are the norm, not the exception. We start with a full triage — what is failing, what it is costing you, what fixing it is worth — then rank fixes by business impact and add monitoring so the next issue is caught before it becomes a crisis.

  • AI only runs on high-volume, repetitive work. Every sensitive step requires explicit staff approval before it executes, every run is logged, and there is always a fallback path. A human approves anything that touches live operations — you can inspect what ran or switch it off entirely.

  • Sometimes that's the right call — and we'll tell you when it is. Freelancers are great for small, well-defined work: a landing page, a one-off integration, a WordPress tweak. They break down when the work is ongoing, the system is already complex, or the project needs someone who understands your business, not just your codebase. We sit in the middle: senior-led, agency-grade work, with ownership and documentation a freelancer rarely provides. For systems that have to keep running six months from now, that's where we come in.

  • Scope changes happen, and they're handled in writing, not on a phone call. If something new comes up mid-build, we stop, document the change, and re-quote the delta before continuing — you'll never get a surprise bill for "extra work we discovered." There's no long-term contract: engagements run month-to-month after launch, and you can pause or stop with 30 days' notice. The code, the documentation, and the accounts are yours regardless. The only way a practice like this earns repeat work is by being worth keeping — lock-in is not part of the model.

  • Most engagements fall between $3,000 and $25,000. Repairs and triage usually land in the $3k–$8k range; integrations and customizations $4k–$15k; new builds $15k–$40k+; AI automation $6k–$20k; and the maintenance retainer runs $1.5k–$4k/month. We don't quote without diagnosing — the free diagnosis tells you which band your work falls into, and if it's cheaper to fix in-house, we'll say so.

The diagnosis is free. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
