Anito is the software development and AI-automation practice founded by Anthony Garces, operated by a senior team, operating in the United States and Australia. These terms govern use of this website and any paid engagement that begins with a project diagnosis.
From the first commit, you own 100% of the code, hosting accounts, and credentials we create or set up on your behalf — registered in your name, not ours. We never hold access to your systems hostage. If the handoff is not complete before the first invoice, the invoice is void.
A project diagnosis is free and carries no obligation to build anything. We read what you submit, respond with a specific honest next step directly, and tell you plainly if the fix is not worth the cost or if a $200 tool already solves it.
Paid engagements begin with a scoped proposal you approve in writing. Payment terms and milestones are set in that proposal. Worked hours are invoiced per the agreed schedule. If we cannot deliver a real outcome we will say so and not invoice for it.
Every AI workflow we build has a named human off-switch. A person reviews output before it touches live data. You can halt any automated process at any time. We do not deploy unattended AI to production operations.
What you tell us stays between us. We will sign a mutual NDA on request. We do not publish client names or case studies without written permission.
Software is never risk-free. We diagnose carefully, communicate honestly, and stand behind our work for 30 days after handoff. Liability for direct loss is capped at the fees paid for the engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Questions, concerns, or notices go to the founder directly — start at /diagnosis and our team will respond.
