1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing our modules, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

2. Services

Anito System Solution provides modular property management automation tools, including:

  • Automated Dues Collection: Payment processing and reminder automation
  • Maintenance Automation: AI-powered invoice parsing and accounting integration
  • Resident & Vendor Hub: Request triage and routing automation
  • Custom Modules: Additional automations built to your specifications

Each module is priced at $500 one-time unless otherwise specified. The "Full Stack" bundle (all 3 modules) is $1,200.

3. What You Receive

Upon full payment for a module, you receive:

  • Full Source Code: Complete codebase transferred to your Git repository
  • Setup & Configuration: Module configured for your specific PM software
  • Documentation: Technical documentation for your team or future developers
  • Training: Walkthrough session on how to use and maintain the module
  • 30-Day Support: Bug fixes and questions for 30 days after delivery

4. Intellectual Property

Your Code: Upon full payment, you own the source code for your configured module. You may modify, extend, or resell it as you see fit.

Our Core Libraries: We retain ownership of our underlying frameworks and libraries. You receive a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them as part of your module.

Website Content: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Terms:

  • Full payment is due before module delivery
  • All prices are in USD
  • No monthly fees or recurring charges for modules
  • Optional hosting ($50/month) is billed monthly if selected
  • Refunds are available within 7 days if the module does not function as described

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your PM software and requirements
  • Provide API credentials or access needed for integrations
  • Respond to setup questions within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure you have the rights to connect the module to your systems

7. Third-Party Services

Our modules integrate with third-party services. You are responsible for:

  • Stripe: Your own Stripe account and associated fees
  • OpenAI: API usage costs for invoice parsing
  • Twilio: SMS costs for notifications
  • Your PM Software: Maintaining valid API access

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that modules will function as described in their documentation for 30 days after delivery. We will fix any bugs that prevent core functionality at no additional cost.

Disclaimer: We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., hours saved, collection rates). Results depend on your specific operations and usage.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anito System Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific module giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
